Strategic Partners

Lighthouse proudly works hand-in-hand with strategic partners to serve businesses in the development of their people, the improvement of processes and the management of performance.

Each partner has been personally selected, vetted and qualified to perform in our consulting consortium to deliver the exact expertise our clients require while relieving our clients from the high overhead imposed by large consulting firms.

Doug Lundrigan, MBA

Lighthouse Leadership – Director of Training & Strategy

Doug has a passion for helping people advance their careers and rise above their own limitations.  What’s holding you back from greater success?  Doug can help you discover that and kick it in the teeth.

To describe Doug, people closest to him use the words, “sincere,” “the most honest man I know,” “genuine,” “trustworthy,” and “the best leader I’ve ever had.” An independent assessment demonstrated that Doug possesses the following strengths: commitment, responsibility, teaching and coaching, strategic analysis, and adhering to his strong moral compass.

Some of Doug’s Leadership Development students say this about Doug:

  • I appreciate that he has a high degree of knowledge in all the subjects that have been presented. He has the ability to link research, stats, and studies to real world business and personal leadership.
  • Doug makes you think and gets good participation from the class . . . provides excellent ideas as well as thoughts to ponder on.  Videos and slides are of great value to the topic and easy to relate or understand.
  • I like that Doug seems to really care about the people he is instructing. And I really, really appreciate that he ties current teachings back to previous teachings. Because there is so much content to think about.
  • He’s engaging without being judgmental. He allows for free expression openly and then summarizes the value nuggets out of the sometimes rambling discussion.
  • Doug is unassuming, affable, and easy to listen too. He presents the material at a good pace and clearly studies his delivery style and practices his class material presentations.
  • He can relate topics to our level. He doesn’t talk “above” us and really makes the content approachable and easy to digest.
  • The most effective part of Doug’s instruction is the trusting relationship that he was able to establish with us right away.

Volunteer service has been an integral part of Doug’s life. He has held leadership roles at the Epilepsy Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Boy Scouts of America, YMCA, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
