Mr. Lundrigan spent 26 years working with health care providers in a variety of settings and roles of increasing responsibility. Like doctors for business, his firm examines companies for symptoms of business diseases, then diagnoses and prescribes treatment for those diseases. Doug has a passion for bringing businesses into excellent health for a profitable and sustainable life.
To describe Doug, people closest to him use the words, “sincere,” “the most honest man I know,” “genuine,” “trustworthy,” and “the best leader I’ve ever had.” An independent assessment demonstrated that Doug possesses the following strengths: commitment, responsibility, teaching and coaching, strategic analysis, and adhering to his strong moral compass.
Doug is an entrepreneur to his core, having opened up his first profitable business at age 15. Ventures include food, education, real estate, home security, and others. Doug’s business success followed him in Fortune 100 companies serving the health care industry in positions of leadership and training, where he earned a variety of awards for excellence.
Volunteer service has been an integral part of Doug’s life. He has held leadership roles at the Epilepsy Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Boy Scouts of America, YMCA, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Janet Livingstone, MA
Cultural Engineer – Director
Janet Livingstone is an experienced coach and trainer. She has lived and worked on four continents, including 15 years in Central Europe. Her passion is a pioneering approach to cross-cultural communication and cultural transition for people relocating and working international. She holds degrees from McGill University and Georgetown University, and has extensive experience as a trainer and organizational consultant to nonprofits, corporations and startups. In Europe, her clients include: IBM, O2, ING Bank, the Slovak Ministry of Finance in Bratislava and Brussels, Open Society Foundation, and nonprofit managers. During her ten years in global health, Janet worked in Bolivia, Cote d’Ivoire, the Czech Republic, Georgia, Kenya, Madagascar, Nepal, Poland and Zambia. She speaks six languages and has a sense of humor in almost all of them.
Robert A. Fowke, Ph.D.
Business Efficiency Consulting – Director
Mr. Fowke’s passion is to help businesses streamline their process efficiencies for a competitive edge, improving: Profitability; ROI; and Local Employment, thereby stimulating the economy and generating a positive feedback cycle. Every company is a system with administrative processes, service processes, and perhaps manufacturing processes, all of which are subject to improvement. Mr. Fowke helps find areas that need improvement and implement process change that results in measurable improvements in the business and bottom line.
With 20 years of manufacturing experience, 10 years of financial services experience, and a Ph.D. in Systems Science Business Administration, reinforced with a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, a Business Continuity Manager Certification, and a Graduate Certificate in Computer Modeling and Simulation, Mr. Fowke is well equipped to help client companies improve their operating performance.
Mr. Fowke is Part Time On-Campus Faculty for University of Phoenix, Part Time Faculty for Clackamas Community College Customized Training Lean Academy, and serves on the Board of Directors for North Clackamas County Chamber of Commerce, the Advisory Board for Clackamas County Economic Development Commission, the Board of Directors for Oregon Organizational Development Network, and on the Urban Renewal Budget Committee for the City of Canby.

Victor is Executive Director of Business Performance USA – a non-profit (501(c)(6)), which shares business knowledge for the purpose of creating prosperity for business owners, employees and the communities in which they live.
In the past 25 years, Mr. Dominguez has launched three successful businesses in addition to serving as a senior executive for two Fortune 500 corporations; CB Richard Ellis and Morgan Stanley. While at CB Richard Ellis, Victor’s brand strategies helped the firm achieve the number one brand in the industry. In the course of his career he has worked with over 80 companies to build their brand equity through marketing, sales, communications and organizational development.
The depth and breadth of his experience has taught Victor that the true measure of a company’s brand is based on the quality of experience that the customer receives. Following this principle, Mr. Dominguez advises companies on how to leverage operational excellence as the cornerstone of their brand strategy. Therefore, when employees have a great working experience, they deliver a great brand experience.
